Are Mgtpro Skins waterproof?
Yes, our skins are water-resistant. However, prolonged exposure to water may cause some harm to the skin.
Are Mgtpro skins scratch resistant?
Our Skins are made of high quality vinyl that will protect your device from day to day scratches, however, the skins themselves are not resistant to scratches. Therefore, we recommend maintaining your skin with care to avoid scratches or damage avoiding other objects that could scratch or damage your Skin.
Are Mgtpro the skins easy to remove?
To remove the Skin, we recommend gently pulling up on the edges of the Skin using your fingernail. We do not recommend the use of any sharp materials to remove the Skin as they may damage your device. Once the Skin is removed, it will not never again adhere quite as well as the first time. Mgtpro advises customers to have a new Skin ready to apply to your device immediately.
Can I get my Mgtpro skin personalised?

How long do Mgtpro skins last?
The lifetime length of time a Skin varies for each device, depending upon the wear and tear that the device is subjected to. All of our Skins are made from the best premium grade glossy vinyl and are printed using a special 6 colour high resolution process, and are coated with a clear finish coating for additional protection.
Will Mgtpro skins damage my phone/device?
Not at all , We use high quality glue which will not damage the back of your device.
Will Mgtpro skins leave any residue?
No, our skins doesn’t leave any residue.
What if my Mgtpro skin leaves bubbles on my mobile device after applying it?
Most applications don’t get bubbles if you follow the instructions carefully while applying it, but if bubbles appear push them to the nearest opening. Please follow application instructions carefully to avoid bubbles. Our air release technology makes them very unlikely. If they still manage to squeeze their way through, you can easily get rid of them by pushing them to the nearest opening.
Delivery or Refund/Return
Do I have to pay any shipping charges?
We provide FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 249.If order value is less than 249 rs then we charge 50rs. Shipping is fast by default for prepaid orders.
Why is there additional COD charges?
COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are charged by the courier companies to provide cash handling services. You can pay online to avoid paying COD charges.
What If The Product Has A Defect?
If you identify a defect in the skin before the application, just mail us some images of the product within 2 – 3 days of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, we will exchange your product at our cost. If you identify the defect after the application, mail some photos and we will advise further action after examining the defect.
What should I do if I have an issue with payment while placing order?
1. In the event that money got deducted from your account, but your order didn’t got confirmed, the amount usually is automatically refunded back to your mode of payment within 12-24 hrs. In case it is not received within this time limit just drop us a mail at support@mgtpro.in and our team will help you out.
2. If your payment is getting declined every-time you try to checkout, then just logout of your account and then login and initiate the checkout process again.
What should I do if my order has crossed the "Expected Delivery Date" and has not yet been delivered, or if the tracking shows false delivery status updates?
In such case please drop us a mail within 24-48 hrs at support@mgtpro.in so that we can escalate the issue to the courier company before the order is marked as “undeliverable” and is returned back to us.
