Return Policy: At mgtpro.in, we value our customers’ satisfaction, and we are committed to providing quality products. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns of used products. We advise our customers to carefully examine the product details, including the size, color, and material, before making a purchase. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds only if there is a fault on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will issue a refund or exchange the product within 3 days and refund mode will be UPI. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned in its original condition.
